COACH SUPPORT AND SUPERVISION
All coaches who work in a professional and ethical practice should receive supervision and mentoring for the purposes of review, reflection and monitoring of performance as well as for personal and professional growth and development.
We offer rewarding and reliable supervision with a qualified and experienced coach supervisor.
It is recommended that practitioners who are otherwise without the benefit of organisational support have access to professional supervision on a regular basis.
Sessions are held over the phone, with the supervisee making the call at a mutually agreed time. For Skype users there will be no call costs.
Each session last for one hour and the supervisee will receive a Record of Supervision showing the date and duration of sessions. These sessions count towards recognised CPD time as required by the coaching industry professional bodies.
